Tours of the Lakewood Masonic Temple

The Lakewood Masonic Temple is customarily open for tours during the Lakewood Arts Festival held annually on the first Saturday of August.  The festival is held on Detroit Avenue between Elmwood and Belle Avenues.  Being located at the western terminus of the festival, the Temple also welcomes visitors to rest their weary feet, get a drink of cool water and/or use rest rooms.

The Temple Ballroom and related facilities were also open to visitors during the first annual Light Up Lakewood pre-holiday celebration in late November 2007 and will be open to visitors during the first annual Lakewood Walk+Roll on Saturday, July 19, 2008.

The Lakewood Masonic Temple was a featured stop on the Lakewood Historical Society's House and Garden Tour on September 10, 2006.  The page from the self-guided tour book is reproduced below.
